Kalbon bayna yaday kalb

A heart in (other) heart's hand

May it'd be better translated as soul, but they chose Kalp/heart because feelings in heart

بيد الله كل قلب

Bi Yadi Allah-i kol-lo kalb

(Allah is pronounced as ellahi)

Allah own all hearts

عين ترعى عينا، وعين الله ترعى

Aynon tar3a 3ayna, wa ayno Allah-i tar'a

An eye is nursing another, and Allah (God) is nursing
كلمة طيبة صدقة

Kalimaton tayibaton sadaka

A good/ king word is an alms (sadaka)

تبسمك لأخيك صدقه

Tabassomoka li akheeka sadaka

*Smiling to your brother is an alms (sadaka)

كل معروف صدقة

Kollo ma3rofin sadaka

All good is alms (sadaka)
اللهم اشف شفاءً لا يغادر سقماً

**Allahomma ishfi shifa2an la yo3'adiro saqama

O God, heal a full healing that doen't leave any sickness

* According to Hadith (Prophet saying) "تبسمك في وجه أخيك صدقة"

** This pray (dua) is used to heal someone including yourself
