Evening

“ Civil servants must continuously re-engineer and re-invent themselves with the focus on giving the best service to the public and must be sensitive to all public complaints”.

I am a civil servant...I understand how civil servant works.
Pending. Procrastination. "I'll pass you to the person in-charge". "Have been posted since..." - these are the synonymies  for civil servant. Of course not applicable to all civil servants...

Huh...this morning I waited almost 30 minutes just to speak on the phone with the person in charge. Even the operator was too slow. I waited like 30 secs for her to answer my call. Belum masuk berkali-kali dial sebab tidak diangkat oleh nombor operator yang lain (oh ramai operator, tapi 1 number saja yang ada orang jaga) Apalah yang susah sangat mau angkat telefon yang sudah betul-betul depan kita. Haih...mungkin ada banyak telefon di atas meja itu operator (bersangka baik)...dalam laman web ada lebih dari 1 PT yang urus bahagian "Proses"...tapi 1 orang pun tidak angkat phone...cuti mungkin, maklumlah it's December. Hujung tahun. Ka no ext. dalam laman web tidak update. Haih, PKK yang kecik ni pun update juga no ext. yang dipapar di laman web. Hurmm...


Sangat menyedihkan...
