Fairness & Equality

I myself don't even understand what is FAIRNESS and EQUALITY is really about...
It's very sad that I'm not a person who able to make everyone feels satisfied...
I think I did my very best to be fair an equal...
I know it aint easy being PA (Penasihat Akademik)..but why is that everyone hate SOOOO MUCH to have PA...if no one enjoys being PA, then why do they come up with this idea; the PA system...
Hmmm...am I that stuuupid for not being able to satisfied everyone?
Well...since when does FAIRNESS and EQUALITY exist in this WORLD?
The only ONE who can be FAIR is God...
Sometimes, I think people misused the word FAIR and EQUAL...
For most of people FAIRNESS and EQUALITY is equal to MY SATISFACTION!
